A very happy new year, readers. We welcome you to the first issue of this year!

What better than starting this year on a happy note and talk about something which is associated with happiness, PREGNANCY!

Pregnancy is a unique, exciting, and often joyous time in a woman’s life, as it highlights the woman’s creative and nurturing powers while providing a bridge to the future. Pregnancy can be a life changing experience bringing in excitement and challenges. As rightly said, with great power comes great responsibility, pregnant women must take steps to remain as healthy and well-nourished as they possibly can. They should consider their health care and lifestyle choices so as to best support the health of their future child and their personal wellbeing.
