I have always been fond of summers cause with summers comes the days of icy popsicles reminding each one of us of our childhood, but do you’ll know why these popsicles or water is so important during the summers?
During summers, our body tries to cool down through a natural process of sweating, which in turn can cause dehydration. This makes it essential for us to drink more water, as less water content in the body can lead to various ailments.
