Ragi Mini-Cookies
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Nutralite butter
- 5 tbsp Jaggery sugar
- 50 gm Wheat flour
- 50 gm Ragi flour
- 20 gm RoastedSaffola Oats
- 20 gm Nuts and dry fruits as per your choice
- 100 gm Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Add Nutralite butter and Jaggery sugar in a mixing bowl, blend with the whisker until you get a creamy texture.
- Now sieve Wheat flour, Ragi flour, Baking powder and a pinch of salt.Mix the ingredients and add roasted scaffold oats,nuts and dry fruits, chocolate chunks,milk and cinnamon powder(To get crunchy, soft and mouth-watering taste).Once you mix all the ingredients refrigerate the cookie dough for 15-20mins.
- By then grease the baking tray with Ghee/Butter then scoop out the dough with tiny little balls.
- Pre-heat the baking container as I used gas for 10mins and then bake cookies for 30 mins.
- Ti-din! Ready to be served.
